This Peters Cartridge Co. manufactured factory sealed, full top two piece cardboard box with red, green and yellow full wrap around side and end labels contains all 50 rounds of semi-smokeless powder 22 Short ammunition. This box is in near excellent condition with light shelf wear. The top panel displays a copper cased cartridge. The bottom panel displays three paragraphs of information starting with "The bullets".

Date of Manufacture: This style box was introduced in circa 1915 and was produced until circa 1920.

Note: This box is the Huegel # PCC-5A S-1(b) variation. This box displays a copper cased cartridge on the top panel and the A style bottom.
